Are you a morning person? Then we want to recommend our tabata sessions! Start the day in the best way with music, exercise and good vibes.
This is one of the summer’s most popular activities. On Tuesdays & Thursdays during weeks 27 – 31, all our guests have the opportunity to participate in morning training between 8.15-9. We perform the training session on a large grassy area so that everyone who wants has the opportunity to participate.
