Hållö lighthouse was built in 1842 as a white stone tower. The lighthouse was manned until it was automated in 1969. The lighthouse can be visited from mid-June until mid-August, there you can enjoy a beautiful view stretching from Väderöbod in the north and Måseskär in the south.
A day trip to Hållö and the lighthouse is a great experience. Here have the ice created unusual rock formations and beautiful potholes, like the famous Marmorbassängen (Marble Basin). Where the most visitors take a swim tour and enjoys the summer sun. The island also has a café and a chapel.
